We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on location and carrier. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost items, or damage occurring during transit.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees applicable in their country.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used toilet paper. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at janitor@doomroll.com within 14 days of delivery so we can review your claim.

Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion. We do not guarantee refunds for issues beyond our control, including delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
